Decibel Consulting and Design is an upstart company that is looking to prove their worth and pave the way for their clients. Founded by Ryan Baustert and Jess Wolbeck, Decibel focuses on providing professional graphic and multimedia design services as well as artist consultation, booking and promotion.

Background: Ryan received his B.F.A. in graphic design from UW-Stout in 2004 and has over 4 years of experience in the advertising industry. Being a musician himself, he also has over 7 years of experience in the music industry and is a guitarist in the Minneapolis rock band, Throw The Fight. Throw The Fight is currently signed to Cordless Recordings, A Warner Music Group label. Ryan acted on behalf of the band as their manager and agent for the groups first 5 years. The band is now represented for management by Legacy Management Group and booking under The Kirby Organization and ARM Entertainment.

Through his dedication and direction, Throw The Fight has secured a record deal with Warner, toured the country numerous times, developed a massive online web presence, promoted successful college and commercial radio campaigns, found song placements on numerous MTV and VH1 shows, and sold over 6000 albums and 20,00 digital singles - among many other things. In 2006 Throw the Fight was voted as one of the top ten unsigned bands in the country by Alternative Press magazine.

Jess has a degree in advertising and is currently the marketing director for Green Mill restaurant, a franchise restaurant with over 30 locations across the country. Not only does she do all their marketing, but she also does all the design work.
