Welcome to the CBMS profile on Reverb Nation!
We are currently building a NEW web site. Many of the pages are finished, but we will keep updating the site in the months to come.
All CBMS Member Bands can create a Reverb Nation profile for themselves, send an email announcing their Reverb presence (to: A.FINDERS@YAHOO.COM) and then watch for a confirmation email to be added to our roster. In your confirmation email to Amy Finders, also INCLUDE a JPEG of the CD artwork for the songs in your Reverb Nation profile. This will allow us to add one of your songs to our CBMS playlist.
Our mission is to:
* promote and encourage the development, performance and preservation of bluegrass music in Colorado communities
* provide education as to the history of bluegrass music
* provide a centralized source of information regarding bluegrass bands, jams, festivals, venues and other bluegrass news
* publish a monthly newsletter which focuses on information related to the above objectives and purposes
CBMS is also an organizational member of IBMA (the International Bluegrass Music Association) in Nashville, TN.
We offer a monthly newspaper, Pow'r Pickin', to members of CBMS full of articles on musical groups, events and venues in Colorado and beyond in the bluegrass world. Join CBMS today and receive a full year subscription. Pow'r Pickin' will also soon be available online as well!
