All weekend! Head to the Washita River Bottom Bluegrass Jubilee, a three day bluegrass festival at the Reding Farm in Chickasha. This year's line up includes big name bands such as the Byron Berline Band, the Red Dirt Rangers, Mountain Smoke, Southbound Mule and others for a weekend full of performances that won't disappoint. There is something for the entire family at this festival. Children will enjoy the cow train, the corn cannon and hayrides as well as other attractions. Be sure to browse thorough the other arts, craft and jewelry vendors on site. Make a weekend of the music and fun and reserve a campsite where you can pitch your tent and sleep under the stars. 10 food vendors will offer a wide variety of fair style foods that are sure to satisfy whatever craving you may have. Several Oklahoma wineries will also have tastings throughout the weekend and beer vendors will be providing cold refreshment.
Mayfest has something to offer everyone. The outdoor areas of Mayfest includes fine arts, crafts, four stages of performing artists, KidZone – a children’s hands-on art activity area, and of course, great festival food. In addition to the outdoor space, Mayfest also features five indoor galleries.
Great Great Great. Set time still pending. See you at the Bash!
