This Jackson State University alumnus defines music as “a worldly way of expression...a universal language.” Lipsey got first hand experience with this theory while serving his country in the United States Air Force. As he traveled the world, he made a conscience effort to interact with the local music scenes by collaborating with the local artists of the host nations, scoring a big collaboration in South Korea with Kim Woo Yong of REX.
