Born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Kevin is a 1990 graduate of the University of Michigan School of Music, where he studied piano, improvisation and composition. Since 1991 he has worked in the San Francisco Bay Area as a pianist, composer and teacher. He is a certified Orff Schulwerk instructor, specializing in music and movement education for children.
