Kev Cooke is the bass guitarist for signed rock/pop band Terrapin Trainstation (TMD Records), and as a solo artist.

As a solo bassist, Kev has chosen to go down the route of a singer/songwriter rather than an instrumental direction. He was inspired to do this by other solo-bassist-singer-songwriters like Seth Horan, Nathan Hughes, and Gonzalo Silva, but is also influenced by other songwriters and bands like John Mayer, The Fray, The Goo Goo Dolls, and of course by other solo-bassists like Steve Lawson, Victor Wooten, and Stu Hamm who continue to break the boundaries of what can be done with just a bass alone.
