A three day event starting on that Friday and ending on Sunday, with participants coming as far west as Arizona, Pennsylvania, New York and beyond! The Ranch opens our Barn and opens our Bar to all friends and riders ready to have a good time! Friday night kicks off our celebration with professional Mishnock Barn hosted Line Dancing along with an instructor! All levels of dancers are welcome to Boot Scoot and Boogie! The dance floor is a stomping ground! Early registration for events is also open. Saturday rolls in our Cowboy Straight Racing with cash jackpot. Our themed “Posse Ride” for our experienced Yee-Haw riders. An Outlaw with a head-start is avoiding the law and hiding in the woods. The ‘posse’ must find, and peruse the ‘criminal’. For a laid-back ride-at-your-own-pace trail ride, follow the marked trail and collect cards on our ‘Poker Ride’. Best Hands win prizes. Wind down the day with a good-old-fashion Steak Fry or choose BBQ Chicken dinner cooked over an open fire- Dance the night away with our Live Band, Saloon Girl Show, buy tickets for our Awesome Raffle and of course the bar will be open. Sunday is our Cow Sorting Day- enter with your team, or just for the experience of cutting some cows! We also have a wonderful Versatility Competition that offers riders off all levels the opportunity to show off their skills. Show us how quickly you can complete the obstacle course! Every Rendezvous experience is a bit different and we often add events or elements to the weekend each year. This is a weekend designed for horse people to end the summer right! You must have your own horse to participate in events, but, non-horse owners are ENCOURAGED to also come along and watch the events, have a great dinner, entertainment, and enjoy the weekend. Children are welcome during the day events to watch- but are not permitted inside the hall on Saturday night as it is an Adult Friendly atmosphere. We try and keep our ticket prices as affordable as possible every year for our guests. Beef and food prices, live band costs, insurance costs, and staff varies the affordability to host such an awesome event. This year’s full ticket price is $45.00 for full access and a Steak Dinner ticket or $40.00 for full access and ¼ Chicken BBQ Dinner ticket Dinner is buffet style with heaping portions, roasted maple squash, among other delicious sides. Free Camping Saturday night is also included. Cash prize horse events all have individual entry fees to ensure a decent prize purse. Stalls are available to rent for the weekend along with paddocks but are limited and fill quickly. STALLS CANNOT BE RENTED ON ARRIVAL. Registration and paperwork can be filled out and sent in the mail to the Ranch. You may register for events upon arrival, but ticket purchase is RSVP. You may call with a credit card and purchase your tickets over the phone or send a check in the mail. Tickets are not sold at the door for this event- Groups of 10 or more may reserve your own table!
