Kai Takemoto is an independent composer from Japan, now living in Los Angeles.
Kai writes music for film, tv, art shows and video games.
Began studying music composition and piano at very young age under a strict guidance from instructors of La Neige music Academy in Nagano, Japan. Performed own compostions at local concert halls. At the beginning, most of compositions were electronic and piano based utilizing onboard keyboard sequencer.

Started to play guitar at age 17, mocking Yngwie Malmsteen, Jimi Page, Deep Purple, George Lynch, Steve Stevens etc.
