Eclectic Boston guitar virtuoso Julien Kasper recently released his third CD “Trance Groove.” As with his previous releases, “The New Imperial” and “Flipping Time," Julien's guitar is the expressive voice of this all instrumental release. Grooves and sounds are rooted in funk and rock while vivid harmony, and intertwining themes reveal jazz players displaying a rare marriage of virtuosity and musicality.
