“Julien Drolon is a man with fair complexion, pointed nose and beautiful eyes - just by looking at him, you would know that he is not from Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao - he is not a Filipino, but he sings song in tribute to our country. Isn't that amazing and touching?
The first time I heard the song, I already like the guy. I am not the best person to ask about music, but hey, I love the beat and the lyrics, and the way he pronounces "the Philippines".
Doing a little research, I found out that he first landed on the Philippines in 2007, and like any other musicians, and tourists, he fell inlove with our country. He came back in 2009, and started his music career with the aim to promote peace through melodies.”
