"17 and still kicking."

"Im form VA born and raised, live in Stafford now born in Fairfax."

How Long Have You Been In The Game?
"I been in the game all my life. I been rapping for a long time, I wanna say since I was 12. But I did not started recording records and tracks until June 08, never stopped since and never will."

Where did you get the name "J-Real"?
"Tell the truth one of my boys called me that when i was young. I kept it ever since, he said the name fit what I was, real."

What made you want to become a rapper?
"I always rapped but was never too serious. I had a mic but needed a partner to help me start getting serious, I met Stephon "Mistro" Manuel taught him what i know then he became what he has. So i started working harder and it became a competition."

Do you think you will have success as a rapper?
"I already have. But to answer the question yes, everybody says I cant but I know in my heart I will."

Are you in it for the money or fame?
"Im in it because it is my passion. I want to get my name out there then, Im going to start a whole bunch of businesses so I can be rich for life, not just from rapping. I want the fame then money will come. I have a flawless plan."

How do you describe your rapping style?
"Unique. I talk about real thing."

Who are your favorite rappers?
"It is hard for me to answer that because i listen to so much music but...
Papoose(used to be the best), Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Lupe, Common, Game, Slim Shady, Drake, Dr. Dre, OutKast, Nas, Jay-Z, Plies, Cassidy, Old 50, Currency and many more i probably forgot a lot."

How do you feel about the rap game?
"I feel like people dont listen to same type of music anymore. I feel like there are a lot of people out there that make good music. You just need to find it. Find me. Lol. But rap is just rap is was in a state of emergency but we are pumping life back into it now."
