“After years spent touring in support of his own music, and the 2007 release of his album "Inspiration for a Nation" with two-time Grammy award-winning producer John D. Thomas, Adams packed his suitcase for Nashville. The self-professed "melody-driven writer" has since been compared to Chris Cornell and Myles Kennedy; he's worked with big names like Teddy Gentry, a founding member of the band Alabama; and he's about to hit the studio with Chicago's Jason Scheff in mid-March to record a couple of ballads. "Nothing really seems surreal," Adams admitted to Compass via phone from his home in Nashville. "It's my daily life. I'm lucky -- I was in the right place at the right time -- and it took hard work." In January, the rocker released "What's Your Flavor?," a five-track EP for which he wrote a chunk of the lyrics. In support of the album, Adams is heading out on a Southeast tour that will bring him to Cafe 11 on March 5. He's taking along a bassist, drummer and two lead guitarists.”
“Joshua Adams and the Eight Balls visited the News 13 Studios during Thunder Beach. The band is from Nashville, Tennessee. They are performing through Saturday, May 1st at Pineapple Willy’s on Panama City Beach around 8:30 p.m. each night.”
