Jon Yeager had made quite the name for himself. In the early part of the decade he headed up the Kansas Cityl heroes The Daybirds. In 2005, he decided to stake it out with his first solo EP release, Truth & Volume. This release was “sweetly restrained and seductive, catchy but not trite, harking back to a time when there was no line between mainstream and indie” (-The Pitch Weekly).
