"Hayden Panettiere has turned herself in to the police—and it’s not because she’s inherited her father’s alleged penchant for domestic violence.
TMZ reports that the Heroes cheerleader was rocking out to the acoustic-based tunes of the Jon Turco Band at a 21-and-over club in Suffern, New York (Hayden was born in nearby Palisades), just before Christmas."
