Hi my name is John and I've been playing guitar since I was nine years old. My father initially showed me a few chords, how to tune, and handed me a few guitar books, like The Beatles. then i was off on my own playing guitar whenever i could or was home. I listened to my first Metallica tape when I was 13, and grew quickly fond of driving rhythms and blasting solos.
