Bio
A resident of Maryland since 1987, he is a past Vice President and board member of the Baltimore Songwriters Association (BSA) and has released two CD EPs of original music, "Some Other Soul" and "Not What You Say".
The song "In The End" from his CD "Not What You Say" was featured on the BSA Compilation CD, "Songs From Our Circle, 4".
His song "Water Rites" was selected for the 2007 juried CD "Songs From A Charmed City".
Joe is currently working on his next CD scheduled for release in late 2009.

His debut album "Some Other Soul" was released in 2004; a second release, "Not What You Say" was released late 2005. A Maryland resident since 1987, Joe is a former Vice President and board member of the Baltimore Songwriters Association (BSA).
His first single, "One More Time" can be heard on the BSA Compilation CD "Songs From Our Circle TOO" and has been played on listener supported radio stations including the WETA (Washington, DC) Traditions program and the WTMD (Towson University, Towson, Maryland) Detours program.
His next CD "Behind The Sign" will be available later this year.
