At the age of 16, Joe Miller placed the fretboard of his new electric guitar underneath his uncallused fingers and began to strum. Finding that the guitar was the only easy gateway into being a solo singer/songwriter, he began to practice everyday. His right hand moved constantly from the guitar to the paper and pen in front of him.
