"Who is this guy?..." 

     I was born in England to Canadian and American parents who (thankfully) were really fond of music. I grew up listening to a completely schizophrenic playlist that was filled out by all things rock and blues that I could lay my hands on  when I actually started playing music. 

     I spent a few years playing sideman here and there for artists  like Mitch Dorge (Crash Test Dummies), Doc Walker, McMaster & James, Sue Medley, and some other really fine folks. I also play in a "space pop" band called Charlie Redstar. My primary focus, though,  is my writing and my own band.

     As a songwriter I  draw of inspiration from plenty of sources, some musical, some not.  What does it all sound like? Well... have a listen and you tell me! Musically, there are so many places I like to go, so why pick just one? I love re-invention just as much as the traditional. What kind of music is it? Hopefully... good music.
