Bio
JOANPi was born in Athens, Greece. Since childhood with mother's influence for art, specially music, self taught learnt keyboards+, started writing songs, took courses in Athens & London, returned to Greece to establish as an artist/songwriter.
2006/2007 JOANPi entered with her song 'A Day at the Beach' & got monthly winner status at Song of the Year, Honorable Mention Winner Instrumental at 11th Annual Unisong International Song Contest, Semi-Final position at UK 2007 Songwriting Contest....

"Day at the Beach" is great, really nice simple melodies that say it all. Cool rhythmic changes, puts you off kilter all of sudden and then locks you back in.
