“Pymatuning Lake Festival fun continues today; “Elvis,” aka full-time impersonator Jim Felix of Pittsburgh, was readying to begin his Sounds of Elvis act at 1:30. Felix has performed at six previous festivals and said he’s seen the event grow, both in terms vendors and attendance. “I like performing here, I try to make sure I can do (the festival),” he said from behind heavy gold aviator sunglasses.”

“Great show, everyone loved it! Would book again. He made my grandmothers dream come true. His performance was loved by all and transformed a normal party into a night of wonderful memories. Very responsive, flexible and easy to work with. Glad I went with Jim.”

“The Pittsburgh-based We Remember Elvis Fan Club is helping to keep Elvis Presley's memory and legacy of generosity alive through charity work. Some of the members shown above from left to right, include Lynne McAllister, Ed Gratton, Marge Gratton, Jim Felix, Priscilla and Don Parker. The club donates the proceeds from their two day spring festival, commemorating Elvis, to the West Penn Burn Center for the Elvis Aaron Presley Visiting Fellowship Fund and summer camp programs. The Fan Club has raised over $90,00 for the burn center since it was established in 1989. These funds support travel expenses for the members of the burn care teams from other nations visiting the burn center. These visitors include physicians, nurses, therapists, and other ancillary personnel. The Fellowship Fund helps to raise the level of burn care provided here and across the globe. “We Remember Elvis Fan Club 30th Spring Festival/Reunion To Jim Felix for the great show on Friday. The highlight was Jim and his daughter Lauren doing a duet of "In The Ghetto". It was a special night for Jim, he meet long time online friend Mark Pringle for the first time. A young man, who does the 50's Elvis. Mark came in from Ohio, when he heard Jim would be at the Double Tree. Mark did a few songs for us. It was a real fun time!!!”

“Great time - blew us all away So much to say in such a small spot! Jim made a 40th birthday party something special, one that we all had a fantastic time and will never forget. I personally never had the chance to see the "king" but he made us all feel like he was there with us, with a voice and show that was incredible. He made a set up for us with our favorite songs, worked with the "surprise party" that was planned, performed them like a true entertainer, and made us all feel like it was a show made just for each of us. Jim surpassed all of our expectations by a landslide. You have some great new fans in Ambridge and hope to see you again real soon! ”

“True Showman Jim is a great performer that gives his all for every event! I have had the privilege of working with Jim twice over the past year. He is great to work with and his sound is spot on for Elvis. ”

“A great ELVIS voice! Jim is one of the best Elvis tribute artists you will ever hear - his voice is fantastic, he has complete command of the music, and audiences always respond to his warm personality and entertaining style. A total professional, an Excellent Entertainer! ”

“WE HAD A BLAST!!!! I hired Jim for my moms 80th birthday pary and everyone had a blast. Jim is a real people pleaser and everyone loved him, not to mention he does a great Elvis. My mom and her friends will be taking about this for a very long time. Im so glad I booked him for her party he made the event so memorable. Thanks again Jim. ”

“So much fun! Thanks Jim for perfoming at my daughters graduation party. You were a big hit! My husband and I love adding a little something special at our parties for our guest to enjoy and you were that "something special". Everyone loved the show and they never stopped talking about it all night. You certainly made the party something to remember. We all loved your Elvis rendition and the show was so entertaining. You are truly the "Sounds of Elvis". Thanks so much! ”

“2012 Pymatuning Lake Festival ANDOVER_The weather was hot and humid, but a steady breeze kept things tolerable Saturday for the Pymatuning Lake Festival. There was plenty of food and drink available for festival patrons. A wide variety of entertainment was featured through-out the day. Helen Hammett, of Conneautville, Pa., chaperoned “Granny” as they strolled the festival grounds at Pymatuning State Park in Andover. Jerry Brown, of Lancaster, Pa., managed to entertain without having to resort to spanking his Capuchin monkey. Jack Adams sang spiritual and patriotic songs as he played guitar for an appreciative audience. Jim Felix, of Pittsburgh, Pa., had his fans breaking out their phone cameras as he sang a varied selection of Elvis songs. ”

“Jim Felix brings the heat as Elvis ANDOVER_Just when you think it could not get any hotter singer Jim Felix brought the heat to Andover Square Park Saturday night with his rendition of The King’s (Elvis Presley) classic hits. Fans of all ages gave little mind to the heat as Felix kept the evening cookin’ singing Elvis rockers “Blue Suede Shoes” and “Hound Dog”. Felix, of Pittsburgh, Pa., is a long time fan of Elvis and was kiddingly called Elvis by friends back in his school days. Felix got his start in 2004 singing Elvis songs during a night of karaoke near the Conneaut Lake Park office in Pennsylvania. “I sang a four-song set finishing with “Don’t Cry Daddy”, Felix said. “A lady came out of the office crying her her eyes out.” I said, “Was it that bad or what?” “She said, no, it was beautiful.” ”
