On his debut album, Chasing Forever, Jeremiah delivers a poignant and beautifully expressive odyssey of original compositions. History resides in Jeremiah's voice. Chasing Forever offers a testimony to love with original compositions. Jeremiah's voice glides over the contour of songs like "Show Me the Way" and "Why" while whisking you off to the warmth of instant classics like "Get Away" and "Home."

Born in Rochester, N.Y., Jeremiah, one of 12 children, was influenced by classical, gospel, jazz and R&B music. It was the discovery of Sarah Vaughn, Nina Simone, Anita Baker and Darryl Coley that solidified Jeremiah's love affair with music. His mother, a former pianist for renown late opera singer William Warfield, encouraged his gifts. He attended the Rochester School of the Arts, where talent was abounding with such schoolmates as Taye Diggs and R&B vocalist Tweet.

While attending college on scholarship in opera, Jeremiah made contributions to indie label SUR compilations Mosaic and No Cover Before Nine. Upon arrival to New York City, the enthusiasm for his original music, a healthy following and the admiration of his peers in the music scene helped in securing performances for Jeremiah. He has had the honor of sharing the stage with George Michael, Michael Bolton, Yolanda Adams, Chuck Mangione, Amel Larrieux, Robert Glasper and recently Frank MacComb and Rachelle Ferrell. "Jeremiah is a gem," says Ferrell, "He touches my soul, I feel him. He is me and I am him," she adds, "His talent is endless."

Working on Chasing Forever was a gratifying experience for Jeremiah. "I knew it was important to take my time and capture who I am in a live setting," Jeremiah notes, "With the organic textures of strings and other acoustic instruments we were able to create a wealth of emotions that are a journey." Jeremiah is also joined by many guest musicians on this album including Jay Fenix (Stephanie Mills, N'Sync), David Guidice (Tony Bennett, Bobby McFerrin), Steve Styles (Keyshia Cole, Toni Braxton) Raymond Angry (Lauryn Hill, Joss Stone) and Chris Eddleton (Claudio Roditi, Saul Williams).

Jeremiah entered the studio early this year with Siri Music CEO, Chauncy Jackson (Tamia, Deborah Cox) to complete the album with "Hope (The Reason Why)," and the powerful "I Don't Know You." "Working with Jeremiah has been an amazing experience," says Jackson. "To be a part of this record is an absolute honor." Artist of this caliber are a rare gem in an industry of unjustifiable hype. Join the masses as we celebrate the long-awaited arrival of one of the most authentic and relevant voices of today.
