Q: What motivates you the most when you write?
A: Motivation for my art is fueled by multiple sources, depending on the topic and/or genre of a song, It's never exactly the same on every song. There's always something a little different every time I write something new. There is one source of motivation, though, that never changes, so I would have to say it should be classed as "What Motivates Me Most". That motivation is, simply, music itself. Music in general is what makes me happy. Being able to express myself in a form of art, and have people actually listen and like it is just a plus. Honestly, I don't care what I'm doing in music, just as long as I'm doing something in music. The art of music is my number one motivator. -J Dir D
