Torrie Manowsky, Jaime Hofmann, and Emily Schmitt got together in 2004, and from there Iris was born. As eighth-graders in the Chicago suburbs, the members of Iris started playing their high-energy, passionate garage-rock at a young age. After a few years of playing local gigs and battles-of-the-bands, Iris took a break. A year-and-a-half later, with the addition or bassist Erin O'Connell, Iris is back and better than ever.
