In a time as the myths and legends of the old gods had fallen silent and whose battles and wars were not any more as a token on paper, 4 warriors from Graz rose and wake them with their music again to life.

The foundation of the band occurred in the middle of 2006 through Joey and Christian to combine influence of different bands like Ensiferum and Dark Tranquillity with the purpose. In summer of the same year also Matt found the entry into the world of interregnum. Long time passed and after some changes of musicians and gigs, the band became with Alex and Phil in it today's form.
