Bio
Infliction is a hard rock act from right outside the Baltimore area. The band was formed by brothers Chris and J.R. Nalley in the fall of 2007 with the addition of bassist Stefano DiGregorio. The band completed its lineup with guitarist James Caton in mid 2008. Infliction brings the melody of rock and combines it with memorable metal riffs to create a new sound. “Infliction is proud to announce the release of their debut self-titled CD. The lead single off this CD, “Uprising” is a song about overcoming what people think and being proud of who you are. Considered the pop rock tune of the CD, it begins with a mellow introduction breaking through with rip roaring heavy bass and heavy drums, followed by raw vocals that has a metal feel to a pop rock tune. It also has a crazy hook and riffs that will blow you mind. There is no doubt of the talent behind these individuals.“Uprising” is only a taste of the talent that awaits you. Their vocals are dramatic along with the heavy bass and drums that keep your heart beat pumping which leaves their audiences spell bound. They are the apex of rock. I even hear a taste of Metallica in them - absolutely out of the box arrangements. This CD is a ‘must buy’ in my book.Every song they right becomes more refined and more creative with their arrangements. There’s nothing holding this group back.
