From the early beginnings of jam sessions as friends, through to the hell-raising and crowd pleasing antics on their tour of the North Island. The members of Infinite Flying Kick have been making their own brand of angular, spiritual rock.

Each member of the band brings something a little different to the concoction, and this results in a recipe for a highly original, compelling and refreshing sound, something which is mightily showcased on the band's debut E.P - "Checkmate".

The band is working on a follow-up release, which promises to build on the strengths of "Checkmate" as well as walloping the non-followers around the chops and confirming that this indeed is a band who make "music for when the world evolves".
