“Talented by leaps and bounds iNDRANi is not to be underestimated in any way. Some of the Trinidadian artistes who she has worked with include Destra Garcia, Mighty Duke, Roaring Lion, Calypso Rose, Black Stalin, Shurwayne Winchester, Bunji Garlin, Patrice Roberts, Farmer Nappy and Mr HD himself, Machel Montano. Few may know but iNDRANi and one of her vocal students were members of Montano’s band for almost two years. Travel across the waters farther North and the melee of artistes to whom she is loyal and has collaborated with expands to include Jamaica’s Mr. Vegas, Mr. Lexx and Anthony B. In Barbados, may be up until this year with her release of ‘Fyah Wata’ most Barbadians knew iNDRANi only as background singer. Nothing about iNDRANi is background material.
