ill e. gal was born and raised in Rhode Island. As a young girl she excelled in writing and poetry. It was no surprise when she realized her true calling in life in late 2002. Being an M.C. She moved to Minneapolis, MN in 2004 and in early 2005 met members of Loonatix Productions based out of St. Paul, MN. ill e. gal put her solo career on hold when she teamed up with Miss Tress in 2006 to form the rap duo True High Class. These ladies released their debut full length album “Wings” In 2007. T.H.C. won the Twin Cities Music Award for the ‘First Ladies of Hip Hop’ two years in a row. True High Class has played shows all over the country, opening for Tech N9ne in Minneapolis MN and performing at the Marijuana Music Awards in Brooklyn NY.

ill e. gal has returned to solo artist status and is currently finishing her first full length solo record entitled "The Grass Is Always Greener..." She works closely with Professor Fresh formerly of Ruthless and together they form an unstoppable hip hop team. She was invited to perform at the Annual Gathering Of The Juggalos in 2007, 2008 and 2009. While in California she opened two dates on Blaze's Clockwork Gray Tour as well as a date on ABK's Mudface tour. ill e. gal She has recently been featured in High Times and Murder Dog Magazine.

ill e. gal stays true to herself, her beliefs and her motives to convey a clear message with her music. She fights strongly and supports the actions to legalize marijuana. It is such a positive force in her life she will do all she can to speak her mind and reach the millions of people who feel the same way. ill e. gal is here to enforce change in the lives of many, to her it is more then hip hop. It is more then music itself. This is life.

She continues to grow not only as a writer but a musician as well.
