Guitarist, vocalist, entertainer, Kelley Isenhower, or Ike as he’s been known in the music realm, is a native to Indiana.  He has performed all over the United States and Jamaica and has drawn that musical experience into his playing style and recently into his songwriting.  From 1998-2004, Kelley recorded and toured with The Rich Hardesty Band as a guitarist/bassist/vocalist and played an average of 140 shows per year.

Since 2002, Ike has headed up his own band, Dark House Sweet, a dynamic, danceable cover/original band which has included such members as Moe Z MD (John Mellencamp, The Wallflowers) and even recorded with legendary drummer Kenny Aronoff (Mellencamp, Melissa Etheridge, Smashing Pumpkins, etc…).  Dark House Sweet currently plays an average of 60 shows annually all over the Midwest and has released two independent cds with some radio play.

Currently, Ike is performing a majority of his shows as a solo artist as well as lead guitarist/vocalist for Dark House Sweet.  Ike has been playing up to 6 shows a week for the past 3 years.  In 2005, Ike performed over 230 shows in 2007 and over 200 shows in 2008!

Many fans have come to know Ike as the amazing guitarist with the ‘see-thru’ guitar.  Ike has performed with the Yamaha SLG100S since 2001 and uses it as his main instrument at all of his acoustic shows.  It’s unique design and unbelievable sound have shaped Ike’s style and his show making him one of the most sought-after guitarists in the city.

Ike currently tours mainly as an acoustic musician covering songs from the 1950’s to the present.  His song list is well over 2000 songs and it keeps growing.
