After taking a year off, Ike Catrett is opening for Sam Marine & County in order to promote a short EP demo featuring fresh new material that seeks to answer his contemplations regarding the selling of his soul. Ike's 2011 album, "Shine Brightly," can be found in full at ikecatrett.bandcamp.com. Sam Marine & County (Rock/Pop; Brooklyn, NY) are touring to promote their debut album "Lacktown." Mixed by John Agnello (Dinosaur Jr., Sonic Youth, Drive-By Truckers, The Hold Steady), mastered by Greg Calbi (Bruce Springsteen, Tom Petty, John Lennon), and featuring members of Phosphorescent (Scott Stapleton, Chris Marine, Jesse Anderson Ainslie), Lacktown is a model of straightforward, classic rock and roll, with the perfect amount of country, folk, and blues.
