Formed in the 1990's. House of Ill Repute is a blend of Electronica, Industrial and Rock,which doesn't prevent them from doing Funk, Trip-Hop, etc. Courted by many major labels, the band decided in 1997 to form Hardkandy Records and never looked back. Their first release "Confessions of a Lover Gone Mad", an underground cult hit, has been a best seller at the label since the beginning.
