About

Leslie Rich is a singer/songwriter originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland. He has two albums on an independent label, Immortal Recordings (Ire), Geeklove and The Written Lie. In 2004 he moved as a permanent resident to Minneapolis. He continues to write, record and perform solo shows and also with his band The Rocket Soul Choir.

Pete McCauley has played in numerous bands over the years including being a founding member and the original guitarist for Eddie Mac, with whom he spent a few years traveling the country, earning a record contract with SPV records in Germany and the independent label Mud Hut releasing two albums with them. He performs under many vises around the Twin Cities - His band Snackbox, solo, and also as a duo with Chris Shaw.

The two met at a Rocket Soul Choir show at Minneapolis' Urban Wildlife when Pete was heard to yell, "Screw YOU!" during the set. They've been good friends ever since.

But wait! There’s more…… It is said “ Every good Hound needs a good Bitch...” Well Michelle MacGregor, the latest addition to the Hounds of Finn, is taking on that role with fervor. She brings to the band Fiddle with attitude - steeped in Scottish and Irish traditions, occasional Bodhran beatings and when she is allowed a vocal mic, you may hear a wise crack from time to time…. Not to be confused with wize craic, which is really an oxymoron if you think about it… Michelle is recently transplanted to the Northern Tundra from her Native Land, Colorado. She has played in numerous bands from Contra/Ceildh bands to Celtic Pirate Punk Rock.

Hounds Of Finn play a mixture of original songs by both Pete and Leslie sprinkled with some traditional Irish, Irish Rock and roots music from around the world.

Leslie's mid-Atlantic accent is real.

Pete's is not.

Michelle ‘s is not allowed to speak...
