Soulmare Promotions presents: The Bloodwrath Invasion at the cellars 18+ BLOODWRATH Bloodwrath was formed in the North East of England in early 2009 by five musicians who got together from playing in other bands on the same local circuit. Since the beginning, Bloodwrath have constantly wrote music aswell as playing up and down the UK on a weekly basis. In just two short years the band have played over 90 shows in the UK as well as a few dates in Eastern Europe (Russia and Ukraine) with Thrash Metal Legends Onslaught. Towards the middle of 2010 Bloodwrath signed to the UK independant metal label "Rising Records", witch brought them to the release of their debut album "The Hate Effect" in early 2011. The band have appeared in magazines such as "Metal Hammer" and "Terrorizer" in the article and as part of a compilation CD. Also, Bloodwrath have made music videos for the songs "Hyperchrist" and "Against the Tide" which are both songs from the album "The Hate Effect" and these videos are able to be requested on the Sky TV Channel "SCUZZ" (channel 374) In 2012, Bloodwrath have a load of shows throughout the UK including our headline tour, as well as some festivals in the UK and Europe. Having fought, kicked and scratched their way to the final of the Metal To The Masses competition, the band triumphed and performed at Bloodstock Open Air 2011 on the New Blood Stage. The band have shared stages with such bands as Bleed From Within, Esoterica and Here Lies A Warning. The band also performed at Wakefield Rock Festival 2010, playing alongside acts including Sensor, Pitchshifter and InMe.
