Bio
Higher Place Ministries is a vision for youth and youth ministers birthed in the summer of 1994 based upon Isaiah 57:15. Today Scott serves as the worship and administrative pastor at Liberty Christian Fellowship in Kill Devil Hills, NC. In addition, He and his wife Lisa travel sharing the gospel, leading worship, training youth leaders, leading seminars, and facilitating worship through the creative arts.
