About
I have been writing songs since the age of 14, and playing guitar since.. Um, I can't remember.
I play guitar in the band Red Tention. Check them out. They're AMAZING!!!!! New Demos on the way soon!
I also play bass and a little of the ol' drums. But I'm Left handed, so many Drummers don't like it when I start moving their equipment around.

My first memory of the guitar is walking up and down the neck of my older sisters brand new classical guitar at about he age of 4 at Christmas... that must've been about 1991?
I stopped using the guitar as an imaginary bridge from the sofa to the armchair and decided to pick it up at about the age of 10/11 and because I'm left handed, I forced my dad to string it round that way. It stayed this way for about five mintues before I told him to string it back round 'the correct' way again.
I was fascinated with musical instruments when I was younger. I used to duct tape Pringles cans together to make mini drumkits and make guitars out of tissue boxes and elastic bands. I even remember writing my first lyrics and singing them to myself in bed at about the age of 6.
I can't remember what they were, but I'm sur3e they were amazing.
I finished my first 'good' song, Everyday at the age of 15 and continued to write, getting into Northbrook by auditioning some of my songs even though I never had lessons and didn't do music for my GCSE's.
I have an annoyingly short attention span which renders me useless at finishing ANYTHING! Except food... So unfortunately my back catalogue isn't as extensive as it would've been if I didn't get bored after writing a verse and a chorus.
I'm currently looking for a band who is interested in adding to my music and helping to develop it into a specific genre, so if anyone;s interested, drop me an E-mail! xx Hazel xx
