Bio
The Harlem Parlour Music Club began in the spring of '08 as a way to bring together musicians, songwriters and various guests in an informal recording environment with the goal of capturing complete band performances with minimal studio trickery, with the two most important factors being great songs and passionate performances. The initial recordings (Salt of the Earth) sound like an appalachian mountain band mixed with a NYC rhythm section. The group is produced by Sammy Merendino and Tim Hatfield in a Harlem townhouse built in 1892.
