HaléLupé (said like Halleluiah) grew up in Portland, Oregon and spent summers at Spirit Lake near the base of Mt St Helens, where her family owned a place called Harmony Falls. So, it is no surprise that in the shadow of that mountain she found music to be a fulfilling avenue for relating to life. In that world there was always music to play, sing or dance to and this shaped the way HaléLupé sees the world.
