I started writing songs when I was in grade 10 in Sault Ste Marie.
My style has changed over time. My earlier songs were written in front of a piano and had a softer tone to them. I think I found my 'niche' in university while strumming acoustic guitars hard enough to make them sound like they were coming out of an amplitier.
