I have played guitar longer than I haven't... At 12 I was a Young Guitarist of the Year finalist and again at 16... A year later I was a Guitarist of the year finalist and the same day I won Musicman guitars Jam 2000 competition... This was judged by among others John Jorgenson (Hellecasters/Elton John) and Vinnie Moore (U.F.O/Alice Cooper).. It also involved playing with rock legend Phil Hilborne (WWRY/Nicko Mcbrain's clinic band) Jamie Humphries and Vinnie...

I also won a best band competition run by Guitarist magazine with Freefall Angels... Our entry demo disc was produced by Julian Standen (Lemonheads/Bug Music) free of charge after his contract offer was turned down..

I entered Guitar Idol a few months back, the song Forever can be heard above... This was a competition held world wide with the finals at Excel in London.. I didn't win this one but gained a place in the top 40 from over 700 entries... 

Last year I did sessions for the CARO project featuring Charlie Batchelor and produced by Phil Harding (East 17/Killing Joke/Kylie)...
