Bush Life, the prelude to Gifted Thugz, began in a small community a few hours north of Edmonton. Jred Loc, the mastermind behind it all, teamed with his younger cousin Code, and began to record their own hip hop tracks in a bedroom. Soon, they took over the community with their catchy/lyrical tracks about everyday "Bush Life".
