Featuring a Godfather-esque hook, which heralds her Italian-American roots, “Because I Can,” is liberated and strong, opening with the line, “Let me make this clear from the start, I don't owe these girls anything.” The harmonious “Goodbye Is A Necessity” is gentle and sweet, exposing Gianna's more vulnerable side, while Secret” is downright addictive, with provocative lyrics and vibrant vocals that move from hushed to absolutely commanding.
