Full Wave Rectifier was formed in 1999 out of Akron, Ohio by former DINK lead singer/guitarist Jer Herring.
FWR plays a mature guitar driven sound with Pixies-influenced harmonies, catchy pop-vibes, Minutemen-style minimalism and a wiry punk rock edge, shifting between sugary pop and grimy rock.
