About

Here are just a couple of my favorite sites that I visit everyday on the Internet:

1. THIS SITE!

2. OkayPlayer - Home to The Roots and many other artists, this site has cool forums and daily updates. Also a great place to peep new and innovative hip-hop. They review a lot of cds or artists you may not have heard of and Ive never gotten a wack recommendation from them.

3. Swagger of Hip Hop - Swagger of Hip Hop (SOHH) is a site that is all about hip hop and entertainment news. Updates frequently with news stories, tells you about the billboard charts, upcoming mixtapes, fashion, everything.

4. Little Brother - Little Brother's official MySpace page. Phonte's blog entries are hilarious. I always check this frequently because I dont want to be missing out on what is going on with LB at ALL. I love these guys. Check them out if you havent heard them. 9th Wonder on the beats. Phonte and Rapper Big Pooh on the lyrics. Keepin' NC hot.

5. ESPN - I love sports as much as I love music, and since I have an ESPN magazine subscription, I get their Insider articles for free. Cant go wrong with this site if you are looking for scores or anything like that.

Here are a couple of videos that you can check out if you have a little time:

This is a video I recorded on my digital camera at a Little Brother concert at the Lincoln Theatre in Raleigh 2006. LBs boy Pretty Tony can be seen in the background dropping one of the sickest dumb dances Ive ever seen.

This is a video of Mos Def dropping a freestyle at a park in Brooklyn. Mos Def is one of my favorite emcees of all time. Talented on all fronts, you can always count on him to keep it real. Im still waiting on that second Black Star album though.

My two biggest loves are music and basketball. So heres some pics of some of my favorite players.

This is a legendary shot. Under 20 ticks left in the 1982 championship and Jordan drains this shot from the corner. James Worthy would intercept the Georgetown pass on the next possession and get Dean Smith his first National Title. Jordan goes on to be the greatest of all time.

Gary Payton is my favorite player in the NBA right now. Sure, hes old, but he finally got that ring last year with the Miami Heat. I used to love his style of play. A lot of people dont like him because he talks a lot of trash, but he backs it up. Plus hes the only player in NBA HISTORY with 20,000 points, 5,000 rebounds , 8,000 assists and 2,0000 steals. One of the best PGs of all time no doubt.

Another UNC baller, Vince Carter yams all over people just for looking at him wrong. When you have this type of raw athletic ability, there isnt much anyone is going to be able to do to stop you. Just ask Frederic Weis, the 72 French guy that Carter JUMPED OVER and dunked on in the Olympics some years ago.

Ray Allen is also one of my favorites. I try to model my game after him. Smoothest jump shot in the game, and if you get him rolling, he will wet up the court like a swimming pool. Not to mention hes underrated.

Who can stop Raymond Felton? Here he is blowing past Dee Brown in the 2005 NCAA Championship game that the Heels won. Im a UNC grad and was there during the 2005 season. Felton is sick-with-it.
