Described by Fitzroy Da Buzzboy in the Feb/March 2009 edition of the Soul Survivors Magazine as ‘Lady Day meets Nicolette’, Fae has been vocally trained in Opera and Jazz; and coming from a performing arts & fine art background, she revels in live performances and sharing her music on a grand scale. Drawing from all her musical influences, Fae has idiosyncratically contemporised Jazz music, fusing her song writing with Hiphop, Rare Groove and Soul to produce a unique facet of Neo Jazz.
