Amo definire la mia musica "un bicchiere di vino rosso in una notte d'estate". In realtà sono solo semplici melodie, che mi piace pensare facciano stare bene chi le ascolta.

Sono nato a Mantova 34 anni fa, ho iniziato a suonare il pianoforte all'eta' di 6 anni. Dopo diversi anni di studi classici, sono passato attraverso esperienze con diverse formazioni, passando dal progressive al hard rock, dal jazz al pop. E' da un paio d'anni che ho deciso di concentrarmi maggiormente sul pianoforte, strumento che meglio può esprimere il mio mondo interiore.

Le mie musiche si ispirano alle sonorita' di Ludovico Einaudi, Yann Tiersen, Michael Nyman e molti altri. "Viaggi in aeromobile" vi catapultera' nel mio mondo... buon ascolto e buon viaggio.

The music of pianist/composer Fabrizio Paterlini has been defined as ambient, classical, minimalist, gentle and relaxing... a "red glass of wine in a summer night", as he loves to say. At the moment, he is concentrating his efforts on his first official CD, "Viaggi in aeromobile", that has been released in November 2007. Sound clips  are available on this site.

Born in Mantua, the pianist and composer FabrizioPaterlini started playing the piano at the age of 6, absorbing, at first, elements deriving from popular/ethnic music. After years of classical music, he turned in several rock bands, playing mostly progressive and hard rock music.

At the end of the 1990s, Fabrizio started to explore new musical paths, concentrating on his piano as main instrument and trying to give notes to the deepest part of his soul. His music has been influenced by artists as Ludovico Einaudi, Yann Tiersen, Michael Nyman and many others.

With his CD, you will be introduced in this pianist's world and you will be surprised in noticing how confortable it is.
