Bio
A long and winding road has led Erik Larson to where he is today, heading up a band that hails from the land where cattle rustlin' is still a crime and it's legal to shoot a man dead in his tracks if the reason is right. ELP was first conceived by Erik Larson in Austin Texas. After meticulously crafting the rest of Peacemaker (hailing from bands such as Alejandro Escovedo and Jackson Taylor), ELP hit the scene and immediately created a massive local buzz. With a debut album, RITUALS, scheduled for release in October 2009 (produced by the illustrious Mac McNabb), ELP is sure to explode onto the regional, and eventually national, Red Dirt/Americana Rock circuit.
