E-Moe is no newcomer to the music industry, since the early 90s he has been a big part of the Sacramento underground Hip Hop scene. If you mention mixing, producing, rapping, performing, promotions, vocal arrangements, studio engineering, graphics, video editing, and more, E-Moe has done it all. His musical roots have been seen and heard on music with Brotha Lynch Hung and Siccmade Muzicc, Sicx, Big Hollis, CCH, Mae Gee, D-Dubb, Double O Smebb, G Menace, and more.
