Tuesday, November 1st, Gettin' Pixelated is proud to present the godfather of Nerdcore Hip-Hop, and at the time of this event's creation, has the number 10 best selling mp3 hip-hop album on Amazon.com, MC Frontalot, live on The Laboratory's stage. Currently touring across the U.S. in support of his brand new amazing cd, "Solved", Frontalot currently has one stop on his itinerary in Florida, and it's at The Laboratory. Last time Front came through, he rocked a packed house in a major way. Let's make this time bigger and better. And, in classic Gainesville fashion, we're doing this show GIGANTIC!! Supporting him on this stop, Florida's biggest and baddest Nerdcore group, Scrub Club Records' own Emergency Pizza Party make their way back to The Lab. Every time these guys play, they destroy the place. So this time should be no exception. Also, flying down from North Carolina just to pull an opening slot on this tour, EPP's labelmate, and Nerdcore juggernaut, King Pheenix. If you've never experienced KPX live, this man brings a high energy show that has to be seen. And, most people have seen Front's band, but not a lot of people know his guitarist, Blak Lotus, also is a bonifide indie rock musician. Brandon Patton has been making an name for himself releasing his often hysterical tracks online. The three of these acts will form a tri-force of awesome that only Frontalot could follow. And for those there early, 94.7's Gettin' Pixelated's own Prof. Drew will be spinning nerdy beats to keep the heads nodding. AND...just added onto the show, Rappy McRapperson is coming up to show his newer, more serious side to the crowd. Doing tracks exclusively off of his upcoming release, this should the Rappy show to catch. On top of that, those of you that were at Nerdapalooza's Nerd Rave on the first night were privy to the awesome that Utah's own DJ RoboRob brought that night. Well, now he's going to close out the night, and destroy like he always done. If you've yet to catch RoboRob, seriously, this man is a giant animal of awesome. The doors open at 8, and is open to all ages. $8 at the door. I would recommend getting there early, as last time, the place packed early. Seriously, this show is NOT TO BE MISSED!
