Ear to Anon was born with the 2004 debut album, primarily featuring the cinematic songwriting and instrumentation of Jason Traweek. That release featured the distinctive cello playing of Jen Mulhern and the production of Adam Whaley, all of whom joined to create the Ear to Anon trio. Together they formulated a distinct sound that was applied to the second album, The Path of Greatest Resistance (2008). They continue to evolve the unique combination of instrumentation that sets Ear to Anon apart.
