Double D was born and raised in Sacramento, CA. Joined the Army as a M1A2 Armor Crewman in Late 2001, and was stationed at Fort Hood, TX where he got involved in the Texas battle seen at club Axxess. He was working on an album entitled Visionary, when the production phase of the album was cut short by his deployment to Iraq in March 2003.
